COOKING & COOLING
The front-end syrup kettle allows you to cook the gummy base ingredients to the perfect consistency. Temperature and mixing controls ensure a uniform, high-quality syrup. After cooking, the syrup is transferred to a cooling vessel where it is rapidly chilled to the optimal temperature for depositing.
DEPOSITING
The advanced depositor mechanism precisely fills the molds with the gummy syrup. The depositor's nozzles are calibrated to dispense the exact shot size required, minimizing waste and maintaining consistent gummy shape and weight.
COOLING TUNNEL
The molded gummies travel through a specialized cooling tunnel on a continuous conveyor belt. Cold air circulates around the gummies, rapidly cooling and hardening them to the perfect texture before they are released.
MODULAR MOLD DESIGN
The production line features a modular mold system that allows for quick and easy mold changes. The molds are designed to snap in and out of the conveyor system, facilitating rapid product changeovers. This gives you the flexibility to switch between different gummy shapes and sizes with minimal downtime.
