High-Speed Automatic Horizontal Cartoning
The ZONESUN ZS-MSZH70N integrates product feeding, carton erecting, servo product loading, carton closing and finished carton discharge into one continuous horizontal packaging process. Designed for compatible perfume bottles, essential oil bottles, cosmetics, personal care items and other products, it offers customizable feeding and loading systems to suit different packaging formats.
Key Features
- PLC touchscreen control: Adjust speed, monitor machine status and track production through the HMI.
- Synchronized product feeding: Automatically transfers products to the loading station; the feeding structure can be customized for the product.
- Automatic carton erecting: Picks, opens and transfers flat cartons. Product detection helps prevent empty carton feeding when products are unavailable.
- Servo product loading: Synchronizes product insertion with carton movement and automatically stops when abnormal loading is detected.
- Adjustable carton holding: Adjustable guides support compatible carton sizes and simplify format changeover without replacing dedicated tooling within the configured range.
- Carton closing options: Supports compatible tuck-in closures; hot-melt glue sealing is an optional configuration.

Applications
Suitable for automatic carton packaging of compatible cosmetic bottles, fragrance bottles, essential oils, tubes, personal care items and food products. Feeding and loading arrangements must be configured to the actual product and carton.
Before Ordering
An external air compressor is required and sold separately. Required compressed-air pressure: ≥0.6 MPa; air consumption: 20 m³/h. Please provide product samples or drawings, carton dimensions and carton material for configuration confirmation. Confirm the required electrical supply within the specified 220–380V, 50Hz configuration before ordering. Optional hot-melt glue equipment and other custom configurations must be confirmed separately. Application samples and cartons shown are for demonstration and are not included.
