The ZONESUN ZS-PT1000 is an automatic rotary pulp molding machine engineered for high-efficiency production of egg trays, fruit trays, cup carriers, and other molded paper pulp packaging. It mixes recycled paper or waste paper with water to produce a consistent pulp slurry, which is then formed into wet trays via vacuum suction and rotary continuous forming technology with quick-change molds. With a capacity of 800–1,000 pcs/hour, the ZS-PT1000 is the core forming unit of a complete pulp molding line. Optional front-end pulping and drying systems are available for a fully integrated production line.
