The ZONESUN ZS-QW1600D is an integrated aerosol production system for liquid filling, aerosol valve placement, valve crimping, and liquefied propellant filling. It is suitable for spray products packaged in metal aerosol cans, including personal-care sprays, household products, industrial sprays, and related formulations.

- With Valve Feeder: Includes the automatic valve feeding machine for continuous valve supply and placement.
- Without Valve Feeder: Supplied without the automatic valve feeding module; valve handling must be arranged separately.

Please confirm the aerosol can, valve, filling liquid, propellant type, and required fill volume before ordering. Change parts and filling ranges may require customization. The valve-feeding system is included only in the “With Valve Feeder” configuration. A suitable external compressed-air supply is required. Final production speed depends on container specifications, filling volume, product characteristics, and site conditions.
