The bottles enter the machine through a star wheel and are firmly clamped and inverted for thorough cleaning. Using sterile water, the bottles are washed and then drained before being turned upright to ensure that they are ready for filling.
The filling valve adopts pressure filling and negative pressure reflux system, which can achieve fast and sensitive filling with high liquid level accuracy. The double guide rod design stabilizes the bottle during the filling process to ensure correct alignment.
Driven by a reducer, the turntable rotates to adapt to various sealing methods of crown caps, screw caps or other products, efficiently meeting various capping requirements.
