The ZONESUN ZS-DTGT1P is a pneumatic piston filling machine with an integrated conveyor for dispensing paste and viscous liquids such as cream, gel, honey, sauce and liquid detergent. A photoelectric sensor detects containers at the filling position, while adjustable filling and conveyor controls support continuous operation.
Select the filling range and voltage that match your target volume and power supply. Each filling range is a separate configuration. The optional heating and mixing hopper is sold as an accessory only.

The published speed of 10–15 bottles/min is based on 100 mL gel. Actual filling speed and accuracy depend on the material, target volume and setup.
Hopper
The larger, thicker stainless steel hopper supports stable material feeding. The published hopper capacity is 30 L.
Filling Nozzle
The standard filling nozzle has a 10 mm outside diameter. Customization for multiple filling nozzles is available; please confirm the required configuration.
Filling Controls
Filling speed and waiting time can be adjusted. Turning the adjustment knobs clockwise slows the operation; a longer waiting time can be used in automatic mode. The larger rotary knob on the right adjusts the filling volume within the selected model's range.
Photoelectric Bottle Sensor
The photoelectric sensor detects the bottle at the filling position and stops it for paste filling.
Conveyor Speed Control
The conveyor speed can be adjusted through the dedicated speed controller.
