The ZONESUN ZS‑PM3 spray pasteurization line integrates spray pasteurizing, cooling, and air drying into a continuous process. A chain conveyor moves products through the tank while high‑coverage nozzles ensure uniform heating and reliable microbial reduction. After pre-cooling and final cooling, ambient‑air drying removes surface moisture. By applying the proper temperature and holding time, the system eliminates heat‑sensitive pathogens while preserving product flavor, color, and nutrients. Designed to reduce labor and improve productivity, this line is ideal for pickles, low‑temperature meat products, juices, jelly, yogurt, and a wide range of bottled or packaged beverages.
