The right labeler starts with the finished package. A top label may carry branding, a bottom label may carry product information, and some packages need both. Match the application method to the surface and product handling—not simply the number of labeling heads.

Key questions before specifying your labeling setup.
Can a top labeler also apply labels underneath the package?
Not automatically. Bottom labeling requires access beneath the product and suitable support. Choose a dedicated bottom or dual-surface configuration when the underside needs a label.
Does a machine with two labeling heads label top and bottom?
Not necessarily. Two heads may apply labels to the same face, to a cap and bottle body, or to opposite sides. Confirm the position reached by each head.
What if the label needs to cross a lid or several faces?
Specify a tamper-evident or multi-face application. A continuous seal needs a different layout from two separate top-and-bottom labels; provide a marked photo showing the complete label path.
Can I add printing or automatic positioning?
Selected configurations support print-and-apply, camera-guided alignment or RFID functions. These are separate capabilities, not standard on every labeler. Specify the required data and alignment when requesting a recommendation.
Can the labeler work with my existing production line?
Selected automatic configurations can, after checking conveyor height and direction, product spacing, stability and speed. Operator-loaded workstations and standalone applicator heads require a different feeding plan.
Do I need to send product and label samples?
Photos, dimensions and a marked label layout are useful for an initial assessment. Samples may be needed for recessed surfaces, unstable products, flexible packaging or multi-face seals. Performance must be confirmed for the chosen configuration.
