ZONESUN ZS-MD210 Automatic Checkweigher for Production Line Weight Inspection
The ZONESUN ZS-MD210 checkweigher offers speed, accuracy, and easy operation for inline weight inspection. It can check the weight of a variety of packages including bags, bottles, cartons, and cases, and integrates easily into existing packaging systems where automatic bagging, container filling, flow wrapping, and case filling is performed. With EMFR weighing technology, ±0.2g accuracy, and up to 160 pcs/min throughput, it delivers reliable weight control for food, pharmaceutical, and industrial production lines.

Push-Type Rejection
The push-type mechanism moves nonconforming products sideways away from the accepted-product path for reliable, high-speed rejection.
Flap-Type Rejection
The flap-type mechanism separates nonconforming products from the main conveyor line using a pivoting flap for smooth, reliable diversion.
Belt Sinking Rejection
The conveyor sinking mechanism lowers the belt to drop nonconforming products into a reject bin below, suitable for heavier packages.
