Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MS320A is a semi-automatic rigid drawer box forming machine designed for high-end packaging applications such as luxury boxes, gift boxes, and drawer inner boxes. Operating at 15–25 pcs/min, it transforms pre-glued paper and greyboard into perfectly formed rigid boxes through a precise sequence of wrapping, folding, and pressing actions. Using servo-driven mechanisms, durable pressing boards, and multi-stage forming units, the machine ensures tight edges, clean corners, and a bubble-free surface. With quick mold changeover and support for three box types, it offers excellent flexibility for small to medium-scale premium packaging production.
