The ZONESUN ZS-AFS04W combines a four-head linear weigher with automatic premade pouch feeding, filling, heat sealing and finished pouch discharge. It is designed for compatible seasoning powders, spices, dried herbs, granular seasonings and dry ingredient mixes.

Air compressor required and sold separately. The machine requires a 0.6MPa compressed-air supply. Inkjet coding and nitrogen flushing are optional and must be quoted and configured separately.

Suitable Products and Pouches
Use with compatible free-flowing dry products and heat-sealable premade pouches. Flat pouches, stand-up pouches and certain zipper pouches can be processed, subject to pouch construction and machine setup. Confirm material flowability, particle size, target weight and pouch dimensions with samples before ordering. Performance varies with the product and packaging; not every powder or zipper pouch is suitable.
Packaging Workflow
- Load the product hopper and premade pouch magazine.
- Select the recipe and set the target weight and sealing parameters.
- The machine feeds pouches, weighs and dispenses the product, then heat-seals each pouch.
- Sealed pouches leave on the discharge conveyor for collection.
