The ZONESUN ZS-HST1 is a handheld hot stamping machine for logo embossing and hot foil stamping on suitable leather, paper, plastic and rubber surfaces. Digital temperature control and three stamping area options support small-batch personalization in craft studios and workshops.
Machine only. Stamping dies, letter sets, hot stamping foil and other accessories are not included and must be purchased separately. Dies, foil and sample materials shown in the images are for demonstration.
Choose Your Size and Voltage
Select 5 × 7 cm, 8 × 10 cm or 10 × 13 cm, and choose 110V or 220V to match your power supply. The stated stamping area refers to the heating plate size; the actual impression depends on the die used. Confirm die dimensions and mounting compatibility before purchasing a separate die.
Material and Die Compatibility
Foil stamping is intended for suitable flat surfaces. Slightly textured materials may be used for embossing without foil. Results depend on the material, die, temperature, contact time and manually applied pressure. Test a sample first, especially for plastic and rubber; suitability varies by material.
The mounting hole is M5. The illustrated logo die is attached through the heating plate with a threaded stem. Confirm that your separately purchased die fits the mounting arrangement. Allow the machine to cool and disconnect it from power before fitting or changing a die.

NON-SLIP GRIP
The textured handle provides a non-slip grip during operation.
DOUBLE HEATING TUBES
The stamping head is equipped with two heating tubes.
DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The controller displays the actual and set temperatures. The buttons allow the operator to select digits, enter settings and adjust the temperature.
PREHEATING TIME
The machine requires approximately 3–5 minutes to preheat.
