The touchscreen makes machine operation and setup more convenient. The operating language can be customized as required. Two vibratory bowls sort and feed the sprayers and overcaps, reducing manual work. Two magnetic pumps support accurate liquid filling. The speed of each nozzle can be adjusted separately for straightforward operation. The crimping head secures sprayers onto bottles and can be customized to suit the bottle. A large air cylinder drives the pressing head to press overcaps securely onto sprayers. The rotary plate holds bottles in position to help prevent them from falling and maintain orderly production.
