Manual Strap Tensioner and Cutter

This portable hand tool tightens and cuts compatible PET, PP and cord strapping on flat or round packages. It is intended for bundling cartons, timber, stone, steel pipe, glass and other suitable goods.

Basic Operating Steps

  1. Wrap the strap around the package and place it beneath the clamp and cutter housing.
  2. Guide the strap through the cutter and capstan grooves.
  3. Rotate the handle until the required tension is reached.
  4. Position the sealing buckle over the overlapped strap.
  5. Use compatible sealing pliers to crimp the buckle completely.
  6. Press the tension-release lever, cut the strap and remove the tool.

Note: Confirm strap material, width and buckle compatibility before ordering. Sealing pliers and buckles are not described as included.
