CONTROL PANEL
The control panel is designed for straightforward operation.
OUTLET-HEATING SWITCH
The outlet-heating switch helps prevent material from solidifying during discharge and can be switched off once the flow is smooth. Gloves are recommended during operation.
THERMOSTATIC HEATING CONTROL
Before activating the thermostatic heating switch, add water or heat-transfer oil to the jacket.
MOTOR SWITCH
The motor switch activates stirring while the material is being heated.
JACKET INLET
The jacket inlet accepts water or heat-transfer oil and can also be used to release steam.
DOUBLE-PADDLE MIXER
The dual-paddle system increases mixing speed and is available with 15 L or 30 L working volumes.
DRAIN VALVE
The manual air valve drains liquid from the jacketed compartment.
JACKET LEVEL INDICATOR
The level display shows the volume of liquid inside the jacket.
