The ZS-GK5 is a tabletop pneumatic capping machine designed for pressing collars onto perfume and fragrance bottles. Interchangeable capping heads support 13, 15, 18 and 20 mm collar sizes, while the adjustable working height accommodates bottles from 60 to 200 mm. Foot-pedal control leaves the operator’s hands free to position the bottle during semi-automatic production.

How to choose: Measure the bottle-mouth/collar diameter before ordering. The same machine can be used with different bottle-mouth sizes by changing the capping head. Additional or custom-size heads can be purchased separately—please contact us.
