CONTROL SYSTEM The Siemens touchscreen control system provides a user-friendly interface and flexible machine control, with customizable operating functions. FEEDING STRUCTURE Dual-track spout-pouch feeding supports efficient operation. Customized tooling is used to meet rapid-production requirements. FILLING A piston pump and servo-driven nozzle support filling of high-viscosity liquids with high power and filling accuracy. VIBRATING BOWL The vibratory bowl sorter adjusts cap position and orientation, helping align each cap with the nozzle to reduce leakage or contamination. CAPPING A servo motor controls the capping mechanism for accurate capping. High-quality silicone material helps reduce cap scratching and supports product integrity. HOPPER The 40 kg SUS 304 stainless-steel hopper includes a feeding pump for timely material supply. Heating and stirring functions can be customized according to material properties. CONVEYOR BELT The automated conveyor transports finished products at adjustable speed, reducing labor requirements and supporting production efficiency.
