VACUUM CONSTANT-LEVEL FILLING
The machine uses a vacuum constant-level filling principle for accurate liquid filling. If the liquid rises above the marked line, the excess is drawn back into the material container. Each filling nozzle can be controlled independently, and the liquid level can be adjusted approximately 15–30 mm below the bottle opening.
LARGE AIR CYLINDER
The large air cylinder provides filling power and supports a filling speed of 20–60 bottles per minute.
BOTTLE HOLDER HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
The rotary knob on the right adjusts the bottle holder height for convenient setup.
POSITIONING PLATE
The positioning plate holds the container in place to maintain the vacuum during filling and support filling accuracy.
