This integrated packaging line automates the entire process from product cartoning to final case sealing and stacking. The system begins with dual cartoning machines that precisely load products into individual cartons. These cartons are then conveyed to a stacking mechanism for efficient palletizing. Simultaneously, a carton erector forms corrugated cases, delivering them to a case packer. The case packer receives the erected cases in a horizontal orientation, ready to accept the incoming cartons. A pusher mechanism gently loads the cartons into the cases. The filled cases are then upended and fed into a case sealer, which applies tape to both the top and bottom flaps, creating a secure and finished package. The completed cases are then discharged, ready for palletizing or further processing. This automated solution minimizes manual labor, increases throughput, and ensures consistent packaging quality.
