The ZONESUN ZS-FK5000 electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine is a newly developed product featuring a double cooling system, designed for reliable performance in tropical, subtropical, and continuous operation environments. It seals bottle openings with aluminum foil, compatible with containers made of PE, PP, PS, PET, ABS, glass, or ceramic (not suitable for metal bottles or caps). With a sealing diameter of φ15–180 mm and a speed of up to 200 bottles per minute, it delivers smooth, secure, and neatly edged seals. Widely used in pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, petrochemical, cosmetics, and chemical industries, it ensures airtight sealing for product integrity, anti-counterfeiting, and tamper resistance.

OPERATION PANEL

INDUCTION SEALING HEAD
Generates electromagnetic heat to seal aluminum foil onto container openings, producing smooth, secure seals with neat edges.

COMBINATION ALARM
Automatically issues an alarm when the water level is low, the water temperature is too high, or a fault occurs, supporting real-time equipment monitoring.

COOLANT TANK
Regulates the sealing-head temperature through coolant circulation to prevent overheating and maintain stable operation.

HANDWHEEL ADJUSTMENT
Adjusts the sealing-head height freely to suit bottles of different heights.
