  PLC CONTROL PANEL Working parameters, such as filling speed, can be set through the PLC panel. The panel language can be customised to meet customer requirements. ANTI-DRIP FILLING The anti-drip design supports accurate filling. PNEUMATIC FILLING HEAD The pneumatic filling head quickly handles paste or liquid materials to improve efficiency.  DIGITAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL The sealing temperature can be set on the digital panel for different materials. Both the set temperature and actual temperature are displayed. CUSTOM ROTARY PLATE The rotary plate can be customised to suit the cup size. INTEGRATED OPERATION Cup feeding, filling, lid feeding, and sealing are completed within one machine to save workspace and improve efficiency.  AUTOMATIC DISCHARGE After sealing, the cups are pushed out and discharged automatically to improve efficiency and reduce manual labour.
