The ZONESUN ZS-GY2 is a semi-automatic pneumatic piston filling machine designed for creams, lotions, shampoo, liquid soap, honey, sauces, jam, chocolate and other flowable pastes. Its two anti-drip filling nozzles can be adjusted independently, helping small and medium production teams fill two containers per cycle with better control over volume and speed.

Changeable Feeding Container
The feeding connection can be changed between the hopper and a suction hose. The hose setup is intended for suitable free-flowing liquids and is not recommended for pastes.
Dual Anti-Drip Filling Nozzles
The two nozzles help reduce dripping and can be adjusted independently to suit the filling setup.
Filling Volume Adjustment
Rotary knobs and graduated cylinder markings help the operator set and check the filling volume.
Adjustable Filling Speed
The filling speed of each nozzle can be adjusted independently. In automatic mode, the interval between cycles can also be set.
Two Operating Modes
