The ZONESUN ZS-AFC883B integrates automatic glass bottle rinsing, isobaric filling, crown cap feeding and crimping, and light inspection for beer and carbonated beverages. Its standard 16-head rinsing, 12-head filling and 6-head capping configuration provides approximately 2000–3000 bottles/hour, depending on bottle size and filling material. Balanced-pressure filling helps reduce foaming and maintain consistent liquid levels. The standard filling range is 100–500 mL, with customization available.
