The ZONESUN ZS-DTGT900P is an automatic rotor pump filling machine designed for viscous products such as jam, sauce, gel and cream. It combines a 30 L hopper, conveyor, photoelectric bottle detection and a standard pneumatic diving filling nozzle in one compact unit. The recommended filling range is 5–5,000 mL. Actual output depends on the filling volume, product viscosity and container handling conditions.

DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL

The digital control panel allows adjustment of filling time, waiting time and operating mode. The integrated counter displays completed filling cycles.

PNEUMATIC DIVING FILLING NOZZLE

The standard pneumatic nozzle moves downward during filling and rises afterward to help reduce splashing when dispensing viscous products. An external air compressor is required and sold separately.

ROTOR PUMP

The rotor pump supports filling viscous products and can be disassembled for cleaning.

PHOTOELECTRIC SENSOR

The photoelectric sensor detects incoming containers and triggers the automatic filling cycle. Sensor sensitivity can be adjusted for different containers.
