Four-Head Vacuum Liquid Level Filling
The ZONESUN ZS-YTZL4A is an automatic conveyor-based filling machine for compatible low-viscosity liquids such as perfume and water. Four pneumatic vacuum nozzles fill bottles to a set liquid level, with back suction to help limit overflow. A PLC touchscreen supports filling setup, and a bottle sensor coordinates the filling cycle.
Liquid level control: The listed ±1 mm accuracy describes liquid surface height. It does not mean ±1 mL or ±1% volume accuracy. Bottles with different internal dimensions can contain different volumes at the same fill level.

- Bottle: Provide material, body dimensions, height and both inner and outer neck diameters. Confirm bottle rigidity and the nozzle-to-neck fit with samples.
- Fill target: Specify the required distance from the bottle mouth to the liquid surface and the intended nominal volume. Verify the actual volume using your bottle samples.
- Utilities: Confirm voltage, frequency, total electrical power, compressed-air consumption and whether a compressor is included in the quotation.
- Line integration: Confirm bottle feeding, discharge and interfaces to downstream equipment. Compatibility with capping and labeling machines does not specify their inclusion in this filling-machine purchase.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the 15–50 mm adjustment mean?
It is the adjustable distance from the bottle mouth down to the liquid surface. It is not a filling-volume range.
Will every bottle contain exactly the same volume?
The machine controls fill level. Differences in internal bottle dimensions can change the volume at that level. Test your bottles to confirm the achieved liquid level and volume tolerance.
Is 5.5 L/min the flow rate of each nozzle?
The existing specification does not define the scope of this pumping rate. Confirm its meaning and test conditions before using it to calculate production capacity.
Can I fill juice or other low-viscosity products?
Confirm the liquid composition, viscosity, particles, foaming behavior and contact-material compatibility before ordering. The viscosity figure alone does not establish suitability for every liquid.
How is back-suction liquid handled?
The nozzles provide back suction to help limit overflow. Request the liquid-recovery routing and cleaning instructions for the supplied configuration before planning product changeovers.
Are capping and labeling machines included?
This listing is for the filling machine. It can be discussed as part of a packaging line; any additional machines and interfaces must be specified in the quotation.
