POUCH FEEDING
Operators place pouches onto the slide rail in the correct orientation. The rail guides them into the machine in sequence.
BLOWING STATION
A pneumatic cylinder lowers the nozzle against the pouch opening, and compressed air inflates the pouch for filling.
FILLING STATION
A piston pump performs the filling process, with adjustable volume and speed settings for precise control of the amount dispensed into each pouch.
CAP PLACEMENT
The vibratory bowl orients and feeds caps. A vacuum mechanism picks up each cap, and a pneumatic cylinder presses it firmly onto the pouch.
CAPPING STATION
