The ZONESUN ZS-AFY2 is an automatic double-head prefilled syringe filling and stoppering machine designed for nest-based prefilled syringe production. It automatically completes denesting, syringe feeding, vacuum filling, vacuum stoppering, and product discharge in a single process. Product-contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical-grade silicone, meeting GMP requirements. With high filling accuracy (±1%) and speeds of 1200–1500 syringes per hour, it is ideal for pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications requiring sterile, bubble-free filling of low to high-viscosity liquids.
