Description
The ZONESUN ZS-AGD4 Automatic Glue Dispensing Potting Machine is engineered for high-precision, programmable dispensing of AB glue, sealants, and other industrial fluids. Featuring a servo-driven three-axis motion system and a modular dispensing head, it supports dynamic or static mixing with glue ratios from 1:1 to 10:1. The integrated tank agitator prevents sedimentation, while the PLC touchscreen enables real-time control and fault monitoring. With ±0.01 mm accuracy and a flow rate of 1–80 g per 5 seconds, it’s ideal for electronics, LED, sensor modules, and automotive components. The machine can operate independently or integrate with existing production lines.
