ANTI-DRIP FILLING NOZZLES
The anti-drip filling nozzles help maintain a clean production area, and each nozzle can be controlled independently. Configurations with 2, 6, or 8 nozzles can also be customized.
LARGE AIR CYLINDER
The large air cylinder supports stable, high-speed operation and is suitable for filling liquids and pastes.
CAPPING WHEELS
The number of capping wheels can be customized according to production requirements. The speed of each pair can be adjusted independently.
CAPPING CONTROL PANEL
The straightforward control panel makes it easier to adjust capping-wheel and guide-rail speeds.
ROLL-ON LABELING
The roll-on labeling mechanism applies single- or double-sided labels to round bottles for accurate placement and improved labeling efficiency.
ADJUSTABLE CONVEYOR
The conveyor width can be adjusted to suit the bottle diameter, while the transfer speed is set through the control panel.
