Description
The ZONESUN ZS‑FK350 Dual Use Heat Sealing Machine offers two heating modes for versatile packaging needs. The down‑side heater is ideal for flat bags with a total thickness under 0.2 mm, while the down‑upper heater handles thicker bags or those with folded edges. Both modes are suitable for sealing PE‑containing heat‑seal bags. Designed for consistent sealing quality, it’s widely used in food, retail, and light industrial packaging, combining ease of operation with reliable performance.
Application
This machine is suitable for coating film,metalized film,laminated film on thermo-plastic film and aluminum film,foils or varnish film,wax coating film and so on.

Two machine types are available: single-sided or double-sided sealing. The standard heating wire is 8 mm wide and can be customized from 2 to 10 mm according to production requirements.
The simple control panel offers nine sealing-time levels for different film thicknesses. By replacing the relevant components, the machine can also cut and seal bags; the replacement components are sold separately.
A powerful motor supports stable operation and consistent sealing. The foot pedal provides convenient control, while the adjustable product holder accommodates different products for easier film and bag sealing.
