- Automatic paging: separates stacked flat packaging for individual feeding. Products that do not need separation can use an appropriately configured feeding arrangement without paging.
- Plasma pretreatment: helps improve UV ink adhesion on compatible low-surface-energy plastics such as PP and PE. Confirm adhesion with actual samples.
- Downward printing: applies information to products moving beneath the print head, with plate-free and single-piece printing support.

Applications

The maximum speed and highest resolution should not be assumed to be available simultaneously for every application.
Data and Traceability
The system supports UDI data import, real-time database calls and traceability integration. Confirm data formats, software interfaces, licensing and integration scope for your project. Data-printing capability does not itself verify code quality or regulatory compliance.
Operating Process
Stacked flat products are separated and conveyed → the surface is pretreated where required → variable information is printed downward → UV curing prepares the print for subsequent handling.
