Applications

This machine performs internal rinsing. Water drainage does not guarantee fully dry bottles, and rinsing is not a validated sterilization process. Confirm any additional drying or sanitation requirements for your application.
Operating Sequence
- Compatible empty bottles enter on the conveyor and are oriented and positioned.
- The mechanism grips the bottles and rotates them 180°.
- Four lifting nozzles rinse the inverted bottle interiors.
- Bottles drain during the handling cycle, return upright and continue toward the next production stage.
