Return policy


If you are dissatisfied with the goods purchased at ZONESUN, you can return the goods within 14 days after receiving them, provided that the following return conditions are met:

Return Conditions

  1. You should keep the packaging of the returned product intact and the product should be in a new and unused original state, the same as when you received it. You must not remove any label of the returned product. In addition, you should also return:
    • The original box and delivery package
    • All accessories, labels, shipping documents, product certificates, instructions
    • Invoices (if any)
    • All gifts (if any)
  2. After receiving the goods you return within the specified period, and confirming that the goods and accessories (if any) are intact, and the labels, invoices and gifts (if any) are complete, ZONESUN will refund you in accordance with the law.

    If the returned product does not meet the conditions of this return and exchange policy, ZONESUN will not be able to accept your return or exchange, nor issue a refund.

    If you fail to return the invoice, accessory or gift (if any), ZONESUN reserves the right to deduct the market price of the invoice tax, accessory or gift from the payment you have paid. 

    If you do not return invoices, accessories or gifts in a certain order but ZONESUN does not deduct the market price of invoice taxes, accessories or gifts, or do not require you to return the aforementioned items and materials, ZONESUN shall not be deemed to waive the relevant claims.

Exclusions

The right of return does not apply to the following types of orders:

  • Personalized customized products (e.g. engraved with customer initials or specially customized)
  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable due to their nature at the time of order

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at info@zonesunpack.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Description of the product you want to return
  • Order number
  • Your contact information and mailing address
  • Photos of the product (if required for preliminary assessment)

Once accepted, our customer service team will confirm the return information with you. You must use the designated express carrier to return the goods. Except for the aforementioned circumstances, the related costs incurred due to the return are borne by the customer. ZONESUN does not take responsibility for damage or loss during return unless caused by ZONESUN’s fault.

Please note: Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund

After receiving the returned goods and confirming they are undamaged, we will process the refund as soon as possible. However, please note your payment provider may require an additional 7-14 working days to complete the refund (excluding force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our control).
