The ZONESUN ZS-PFTM2 is an automatic effervescent tablet filling and capping machine designed for efficient tube packaging of effervescent tablets, vitamins, supplements, chewable tablets, candies, nutraceuticals, and small solid dose products. Operating at 20–40 bottles per minute, it integrates tablet feeding, inserting, cap feeding, and cap pressing into one streamlined process. Equipped with sensors, it can detect qualification and reject underfilled tubes, ensuring packaging accuracy.
