The ZONESUN ZS-XG1870 is a desktop pneumatic spindle capping machine for screw caps. It supports cap diameters of 18–70 mm and bottle heights of 60–270 mm, with a working speed of 20–40 bottles per minute depending on the bottle and cap size. A touchscreen control panel, bottle detection and holding system, and adjustable capping height support machine setup and operation.

Bottle Detection & Holding System
The system detects incoming bottles and holds them securely in position during capping for stable, accurate operation.
Motor Drive System
The capping motors and conveyor motor are separate, supporting stable and safe machine operation.
Adjustable Capping Height
Use the rotary knob to adjust the capping height for bottles of different heights.
Air Pressure Gauge
