The ZONESUN ZS-90ZM is a manually operated tabletop hot foil stamping machine for logos, patterns and lettering on leather, paper and compatible PVC materials. It combines digital temperature control with a scaled workbench and two material clips for repeatable positioning.
Select a T-slot holder for brass letter types or a brass mounting plate for a compatible stamp. The included holder, letter set and custom mold depend on the selected package.

The 0–400°C specification is the controller's adjustment range. Select a suitable temperature for your material and foil, and test on a sample before stamping the finished item.

Scaled workbench and material clips
The workbench has a detailed positioning scale and two clips to help locate and hold the stamping material.
Heat-resistant stamp-holder handle
The heat-resistant handle allows the operator to change the letter holder conveniently and helps reduce contact with the heated holder.
Digital temperature control
The digital temperature control panel allows the operator to adjust the temperature to suit the stamping material.
Stamp installation and head alignment
Install the stamp and stamp holder before use. Adjust the pressing head using the screws shown in the image so that the stamp is perpendicular to the material for an even impression.
