The ZONESUN HP-241B is a semi-automatic electric ribbon date coder for marking manufacturing dates, expiry dates, batch numbers and short text on suitable soft packaging. It uses heated type and hot stamp ribbon instead of liquid ink, with support for 1–3 lines of printing.
Operation and Material Suitability
The electric mechanism performs the stamping action; the operator positions and handles the packaging material. Adjustable temperature and coding speed help match the printing process to the material and ribbon. Actual output depends on material handling and the printing settings.
Suitable applications include plastic bags, foil packaging, paper and paper-plastic composites. This machine is intended for soft materials no more than 4 mm thick. It is not intended for printing directly on hard bottles, rigid containers or plastic housings. Confirm the actual material and ribbon compatibility with a sample test.
Type and Printing Content
