Semi-Automatic Tube Filling & Ultrasonic Sealing
The ZONESUN ZS-FS002U combines filling, ultrasonic tube sealing, date or batch coding and trimming for compatible soft tubes. Applications include creams, toothpaste, sunscreen and similar products, subject to material and tube compatibility.
Manual tube loading: The operator manually places each tube into the holder and positions it securely before processing. Allow for operator handling when planning production output.

Tube, Tooling & Air Supply Check
- Provide tube material, diameter, height, wall thickness, opening size and desired sealed-end shape.
- Confirm the supplied tube holder and sealing/trimming tooling, including any additional tooling needed for other tube sizes.
- Provide your date or batch-code format and confirm the coding method, character capacity and included characters/tooling.
- Confirm compressed-air consumption, compressor capacity and whether the compressor is included in your quotation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the machine load tubes automatically?
No. Each tube is manually placed into the holder and positioned securely by the operator.
Can it seal every tube within the listed dimensions?
Dimensions alone do not establish compatibility. The tube structure, material and wall thickness must also match the sealing process and tooling. Send sample tubes for confirmation.
Is ultrasonic sealing suitable for temperature-sensitive products?
Confirm suitability through a sample test using your product and tube. The machine uses ultrasonic sealing; the process should not be described as completely heat-free.
Does the color-mark sensor print the code?
The sensor detects the registration mark to assist alignment. Date or batch coding is a separate function; confirm the required format and supplied coding tooling.
What output and accuracy should I expect?
The listed sealing speed is 10–13 pieces/min and filling accuracy is ±1%. Request testing at your intended fill volume with your product and tubes, including manual handling, to confirm practical output and tolerance.

TOUCH-SCREEN CONTROL PANEL
The touch screen allows operators to set parameters such as filling speed and sealing time. An emergency-stop button helps reduce the risk of machine damage.
PNEUMATIC FILLING HEAD
The pneumatic filling head handles liquids and pastes such as cream and toothpaste. Its anti-drip design supports filling accuracy, and the height can be adjusted for tubes of different sizes.
TUBE HOLDER AND COLOR-MARK SENSOR
The operator manually places each tube into the holder and positions it securely. The color-mark sensor detects the printed registration mark to assist tube alignment; coding specifications should be confirmed separately.
ULTRASONIC SEALING COMPONENT
The ultrasonic sealing component seals compatible tube ends. Date or batch coding is listed as a machine function; confirm the coding method, character format and supplied tooling before ordering.
TRIMMING COMPONENT
The trimming component removes excess material after sealing. Its cutting blade produces a neat edge to support finished-product quality.
OIL-WATER SEPARATOR
The oil-water separator filters water and impurities from the compressed air to help protect the air cylinder.
