Returns and Refund Policy

At Zonesun, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, we are happy to assist you.

Return Eligibility
You can apply for a return under the following circumstances:

1.Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
2.The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
3.All accessories, instructions, and components must be complete.
4.The product must not have been modified, installed, or misused.

Some products may not be eligible for return, including:
1.Customized or OEM/ODM products
2.Products damaged due to misuse
3.Products returned without prior authorization.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused.

3)Reason for return
4)Photos or videos (if the product is damaged or defective)
Our team will review your application and provide return instructions and a return address.

Important Note: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A valid receipt must also be provided.

For non-quality-related returns, we will only refund the cost of the product itself.

We recommend using trackable logistics services. Zonesun is not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Please provide the following information:
1)Order number
2)Clear photos or videos of the problem
3)Packaging condition

Upon verification, we will provide one of the following solutions:
1.Free replacement
2.Partial refund
3.Full refund

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the review result.

If the review is approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment account.

Refund Processing Time:
Processing time is 3-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment service provider, additional time may be required to complete the refund (except for force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our control).

Non-refundable situations

The following items are not eligible for a refund:
1. Returns or destruction due to incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed recipient address/name.
2. Returns or destruction due to the recipient's failure to pay or refusal to pay relevant customs duties or value-added tax.
3. Custom-made machinery or specially ordered equipment.
4. Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modification.
5. Items returned after the permitted return period.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled: (You can cancel your order if you meet the following conditions:)

1. Out of stock
2. Full refund if the item has not yet shipped before shipment
3. After shipment, it will be considered a return, and return shipping costs may apply.

For customized equipment, order cancellation may incur production costs or restocking fees.
