Cartons, square bottles, food containers and jars need different folding and handling arrangements. Select the label path first, then match the loading method and output to your production process.

For square-bottle corner wraps, three-side box labels or food-container wraps. These are different configurations; specify each face the label must cover.

Key questions before choosing a corner-wrap or seal-labeling configuration.
Is four-corner labeling the same as four-side wrapping?
No. Four-corner labeling addresses separate corner positions. Four-side wrapping follows a path around a package, such as the top, two sides and bottom of a food container.
Can these machines apply transparent labels?
Selected configurations support transparent labels. Confirm the label sensor and material for your chosen machine; transparent-label detection is not standard on every model.
Can labels be printed during application?
The ZS-TB833C configuration includes real-time label printing. Other models may offer date or batch coding options. Specify full-label printing and date coding separately.
What is needed to check package compatibility?
Send package dimensions, clear photos and a marked label-placement drawing. Unusual corners, flexible containers or custom folding paths may require sample testing. For line integration, include conveyor height, direction and target speed.
