If you are dissatisfied with the goods purchased at ZONEPACK, you can return the goods within 14 days after receiving the goods, provided that the following return conditions are met.

1. You should keep the packaging of the returned product intact and the product should be in a new and unused original state and the same state as when you received the product; you must not remove any label of the returned product. In addition, you should also return the original box and delivery package of the goods, as well as all accessories, labels, shipping documents, product certificates, instructions, invoices (if any) and all gifts (if any).

2. After receiving the goods you return within the specified period, after confirming that the goods and accessories (if any) are intact, and the labels, invoices and gifts (if any) are complete, ZONEPACKwill return you in accordance with the law. Payment. If the returned product does not meet the conditions of this return and exchange policy, ZONEPACK will not be able to accept your return or exchange, nor will it be able to achieve a refund. If you fail to return the invoice, accessory or gift (if any), ZONEPACK reserves the right to deduct the market price of the invoice tax, accessory or gift from the payment you have paid. If you do not return invoices, accessories or gifts in a certain order but ZONEPACK does not deduct the market price of invoice taxes, accessories or gifts, or do not require you to return the aforementioned items and materials, ZONEPACK shall not be deemed to waive the relevant claims.

The aforementioned right of return does not apply to orders for the following commodity types:
1. Personalized customized products, for example, products engraved with customer initials or customized for customers;
2. When the customer submits the order, he has informed the customer of any other products that cannot be returned due to their nature.

Return process:
To start returning, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. When performing this operation, you will be asked to provide the following information:

After the ZONEPACK customer service team confirms the return information with you, you need to use the designated express carrier and take the goods on delivery to return the goods yourself. Except for the aforementioned circumstances, the related costs incurred due to the return of the product are borne by the customer. ZONEPACK does not take any responsibility for the risk of damage or loss due to ZONEPACK's fault during the return of the product.

Please note that items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After the return is successful, your actual payment will be returned to the original payment channel.

After receiving the returned goods and confirming that the goods comply with the return policy, we will process the refund as soon as possible. However, please note that we expect that your payment method provider may require an additional 7 working days to complete the refund (except for force majeure events or other circumstances that we cannot foresee and control).
