How do I choose between UV, CO₂ and fiber laser marking?

Start with the actual material, coating, required contrast and code size. This collection includes all three laser types, but they are not interchangeable. Confirm suitability with the proposed configuration and a marking sample.

Can every laser mark clear plastic, metal and glass?

No. Material composition, transparency, surface finish and coatings affect the result. A broad material list does not establish that every grade or surface is compatible with every machine.

Can these machines mark dates, batch numbers and QR codes?

Selected models support these content types. Confirm the required content, character size, code dimensions and readability on your material before choosing a system.

What is needed for coding on a moving production line?

Confirm conveyor speed, product spacing, marking position, triggering and available mounting space. Scan speed alone does not define achievable production output.

Does a label laser marker also apply labels to bottles?

The roll-to-roll configurations mark compatible labels as they pass through a rewinding system. They do not apply those labels to containers. Check whether the selected option includes the rewinder or only the laser unit.

Can bag sealing and laser coding be combined?

An integrated band-sealing and UV laser configuration is available in this collection. Confirm bag construction, sealing requirements, coding position and output for the combined process.

Are handheld and fixed systems suitable for the same work?

Choose around access, workpiece size, marking area and how the product is positioned. Confirm whether a lifting platform, fixture or other positioning equipment is included in the selected configuration.

What should I send for a marking assessment?

Provide the material and coating details, product photos, available marking area, example code and required output. A sample helps confirm contrast, readability and surface effects.
