Semi-Automatic Screw Capping for Bottles
The ZONESUN ZS-XG450 is a tabletop semi-automatic bottle capping machine for tightening screw caps. Adjustable capping speed helps the operator match the machine settings to the cap, while the bottle positioning frame holds the container in place during operation.
It can be used for compatible screw-cap bottles in cosmetic, beverage and pharmaceutical packaging. Select the capping head according to the cap size. Customized capping heads and bottle-height configurations are available.
Setup and Trial Capping
- Select a capping head that matches the cap size.
- Adjust the capping head height to suit the bottle.
- Adjust the locating block to center the bottle cap beneath the capping head.
- Perform a trial run with your bottle and cap, then fine-tune the height and capping speed to suit the application.

Bottle Locator
