The ZONESUN ZS-GTL15L heated filling machine combines tank heating and stirring for compatible lipstick, crayon and cream formulations. Choose a 15L or 30L tank and a 110V or 220V machine option to suit your production setup.

Before Ordering
Select the required tank capacity and voltage. Options labeled Heating element are replacement parts, not complete machines. The current specification states that the 110V version does not include nozzle heating; confirm the required outlet-heating configuration before ordering.

CONTROL PANEL
The control panel is designed for straightforward operation.
OUTLET-HEATING SWITCH
On configurations equipped with outlet heating, this switch controls heating at the outlet to help reduce material solidification. The listed 110V specification excludes nozzle heating. Follow the operating manual for the selected configuration.
THERMOSTATIC HEATING CONTROL
Before activating the thermostatic heating switch, add water or heat-transfer oil to the jacket.
MOTOR SWITCH
The motor switch activates stirring while the material is being heated.
JACKET INLET
The jacket inlet accepts water or heat-transfer oil and can also be used to release steam.
DOUBLE-PADDLE MIXER
The dual-paddle system increases mixing speed and is available with 15 L or 30 L working volumes.
DRAIN VALVE
The manual air valve drains liquid from the jacketed compartment.
JACKET LEVEL INDICATOR
The level display shows the volume of liquid inside the jacket.
