The ZONESUN ZS-WCHJ1C automatic piston pump filling machine is designed for compatible high-viscosity and temperature-sensitive products such as lip balm, hair wax, shoe wax, and solid perfume. Water circulation heating, a jacketed material hopper, and a heated filling nozzle help maintain material temperature and reduce solidification during filling. The filling range is 5–150 mL (customizable), with a filling speed of approximately 20–30 bottles/min depending on filling volume and material. Mixing is optional. The machine can be connected with compatible capping, labeling, and other packaging equipment.
