The ZONESUN ZS-FSCS06 Automatic Screw Vision Counting and Bagging Machine is designed for high-speed counting and batch packaging of screws, fasteners, connectors, terminals, electronic components, buttons, seeds, steel balls, and other small parts. Using CCD vision counting technology, it provides counting accuracy up to 99.99% with no negative error and supports packaging speeds of 2–4 bags/min for Φ10 mm products at 500 pcs/pack. The system combines controlled feeding, high-speed vision recognition, touchscreen operation, and automatic bagging. A label printer and feeding elevator can be configured as optional equipment for different production requirements.
