Semi-Automatic Single-Color Helmet Pad Printing Machine
The ZONESUN ZS-VTQYY2 is designed for single-color printing of logos, graphics, text and patterns on compatible curved helmet surfaces and other irregular workpieces. A pneumatic drive system moves the silicone printing pad to transfer an inked image from the printing plate onto the product.
The machine features a digital control panel, ink application system, adjustable printing position and foot pedal switch. Its specified printing speed is up to 4,000 pcs/hour; actual output depends on the product, setup and operator handling. The maximum printing diameter is 120 mm, with listed printing specifications of 100 × 300 mm and 150 × 300 mm.
