The ZONESUN ZS-DTGT1P is a pneumatic piston filling machine with an integrated conveyor for dispensing paste and viscous liquids such as cream, gel, honey, sauce and liquid detergent. Hopper and Filling Nozzle
The 30 L stainless steel hopper supplies material to the piston filling system. The standard nozzle has a 10 mm outside diameter, and custom nozzles are available for different containers.
Adjustable Filling Controls and Bottle Detection
Filling speed, waiting time and filling volume can be adjusted for different production requirements. The photoelectric sensor detects containers at the filling position.
