PLC CONTROL PANEL The PLC control panel makes operating parameters easy to set and machine operation straightforward. Its interface language can be customized as required.
STAINLESS STEEL FILLING NOZZLES The stainless steel nozzles support accurate liquid filling. Their small size helps prevent splashing and maintain clean production. INDIVIDUALLY CONTROLLED PERISTALTIC PUMPS The liquid does not pass through the peristaltic pumps during filling, helping maintain cleanliness. The filling speed and volume of all five pumps can be adjusted separately.
HEAT-SEALING AREA The heating and sealing system seals the film securely. Sealing temperature can be set through the control panel as required. AUTOMATIC CUTTING AND DISCHARGE After filling and sealing, the machine automatically cuts and discharges the single-dose strips, reducing manual handling and improving working efficiency.
