The ZS-AFC17 is an automatic filling and press-capping machine designed for small glass vials and bottles. It integrates dual-head peristaltic filling, bottle positioning, automatic cap feeding, cap placement and press capping in one compact rotary system. The control panel displays operating settings and provides an intuitive interface for adjusting machine parameters.
DUAL-CHANNEL BOTTLE FEEDING
The grouping structure aligns and conveys bottles through dual channels for orderly transfer to the bottle-standing station.
AUTOMATIC BOTTLE STANDING
The mechanism rotates horizontal bottles by 90° and places them vertically into the rotary star wheel for filling and capping.
DUAL-TRACK CAP FEEDING
The vibratory feeder organizes compatible caps and delivers them through two tracks for automatic cap placement.
DUAL-HEAD PERISTALTIC FILLING
Two peristaltic pump filling nozzles dispense compatible low-viscosity liquids through replaceable tubing. Nozzle size can be customized according to the bottle opening.
AUTOMATIC CAP PRESSING
The pressing mechanism secures compatible push-on caps onto the bottles. The pressing head can be customized according to the cap type.
AUTOMATIC BOTTLE DISCHARGE
The discharge mechanism releases finished bottles from the star wheel and helps prevent them from becoming stuck during transfer.
